*Ciel shook his head to everything Sebastian said. He didn’t care how lightheaded or how high his fever would get, he wouldn’t take the medicine until it meant life or death. Ciel was stubborn in that sense. He looked away from Sebastian with a small huff, not caring to listen to what he had to say.*
*Sebastian sighed, but his eyes widened as an idea struck in his head. He reached for the bottle, keeping his back to the boy though he knew Ciel was still pouting away. He took some of the medicine into his mouth but didn’t swallow. Once he had a good measure, he turned and tapped the boy on the shoulder gently. When the boy turned his head, Sebastian pressed his lips against Ciel’s causing the boy to gasp. As he did so he poured the medicine into Ciel’s mouth, wrapping his arms around Ciel’s body so that he couldn’t pull away. *

So Shogo, in the second musical, comes back stage since he used to be there plus everybody misses him and he sees Yukito Nishii (actor for Ciel in the 2nd musical) and Yuya dressed up and he’s just all, “So, this is the Ciel that replaced the original” and Yukito is trying to get into character…
